Through systematic optimizations, their mesoscopic solar cell with size of 0.1 cm 2 and large-area (1 × 1 cm 2) cell gave PCEs of 16.03% and 13.09%, respectively. This work demonstrates that the two-step spray method can be a promising alternative for depositing high-quality and large-area perovskite absorbers to afford high cell performance.
